Schools I have attended
In my opinion, nothing will ever quite compare with New York City so it is with little surprise that the majority of my schooling took place here. From grade school through high school, I attended the Ethical Culture Fieldston School. After graduating high school, I went on to Barnard College, Columbia University, where I graduated with a B.A. in Anthropology. My post collegiate schooling includes attending a data analytics course at General Assembly as well as the Culinary Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education.
Places i have worked
My career took quite a bit of twists and turns before I finally realized that nothing would make me happier than working in the culinary industry. After graduating from Barnard, I worked in marketing and public relations at The Door. Understanding that PR was not my calling, I moved over to retail operations at the luxury watch company Vacheron Constantin. After two very long years, I was finally able attend culinary school. Since beginning this career switch, I have worked in the back of house at Danny Meyer’s North End Grill, as a flavor developer at Owl’s Brew, a line cook at Timna, and recipe developer extern at Martha and Marley Spoon.
